I want to publish a notification which is in the form of a document. So when i try to load a JSP/HTML page, this document should pop-up automatically which could be closed.. How can i do this. Appreciate if you could give me any suggestions.
Thank you!!

Doesn't sound like anything to do with JSP at all. Moved to the HTML forum.

You could use open() to open the document in a new window.
