We cannot write the names of course! I am more curious about whát you hated.

My story: For one year and 4 months, I worked for a medium large software company, making intranet sites in JSP and ASP.NET. I hated it because the owner founder of the company, thought his creation was ultimately unique. It was a company of about 50 people. The owner never worked in another company but his own, of course. He would think that everything positive about his company was only applicable to his creation. Something was arranged in a good manner, ok, may-be, but then the eternal: 'Yes other companies do that wrong! Here it is done right!'. It was a sort of, 'we are special, the outside world is bad, evil, and inferior to us'. I always thought the guy would have better started a religious sect! Worse, my colleagues would admire him as a half god. Almost all. New guys who did not have that same attitude left, like me, after a few months, a year. The pay was very low, but they would accept that, because that was the price to pay to work 'in such a unique enterprise'.... Sometimes I used to think: are you all brainwashed or something? Now as soon as in a job interview the CEO of a company is the founder-owner, and he starts bragging about how special his own baby is, I run back home, screaming!
