I need to upload an email file using java applet drag and drop concept.

is there any possibility to do that?

Drag and drop is applet's client side behaviour and uploading is brought about through applet's network connection. So there two thing to achieve to reach what you want to do.

Find some drag and drop api, ie the classes that give your applet this ability and then make connection to some server to send email file to it.

You may consider SwingML for GUI,

How to drag mail directly from mailbox to the browser or an applet?

when i tried to do that,it's not responding.
