Unable to deploy the file in Tomcat  RSS feed

Hi All,
I am doing the project which is realted to Struts,
But when ever i am executing that related folder i am getting the error the requested resource is not available
my folder location is
C:\Program Files\Apache Software Foundation\Tomcat 5.0\webapps\Finance

Or is there any problem in web.xml
is it any problem with xml tags in web.xml

Can you please paste the structure of Finance folder inside webapps?

1. What is the URL you are typing to access the application?
2. Do you have a file called index.jsp inside Finance folder?
3. What is the message that you get when you type http://localhost:8080?
