Two jar file contatins same class file but having different implementaion. How to use both jar file?

Two Jar file contains the same class file name under the same package name but different implementation. How to use both jar file's class?

I have two jar files : 1) google-api-client-1.4.1-beta.jar 2)gdata-2.2.1-alpha-client-http.jar

This bothe the jar files have HttpTransport.class file. Now this both jar files are need in my project. How to use this both the files togather?
