310-083 does not exist and 1z0-858 does exist.

As of September 1 2010, Sun certifications have been republished and re-branded under the Oracle certification program.

Oracle Certified Professional, Java EE 5 Web Component Developer (1z0-858) is the new name of Sun Certified Web Component Developer (SCWCD)) certification (310-083 ) provides knowledge required to develop Java EE 5 Web applications using JSP and Servlets. There is no changes in the exam objectives.
