Fix for StringEntity

There seems to be something wrong with the StringEntity class of org.apache.http.entity.StringEntity in version 4.2.1 of HttpClient. It seems to choke on an attempt to retrieve the Charset. I did a quick fix by using a modified class locally inside NetBeans which overrides the class inside the jar. The patch is available at http://dvdsdirect.us/notesstringentity.jsp
