Hello,

I need to make a search in a active directory in java by username and password. Is it possible that in result I can see the ROLE for each group that user is member?
Because I need to make a mapping to my database where I have defined the roles of spring security.

I need some help, thanks!

Once again I have not used this personally, but in that tutorial I linked in your other thread it looks like you can create your own authorities mapper to map the AD authorities into the application’s user role. In his example he did not read them in from a database but I don't see any reason why you couldn't. I also found this which may or may not be helpful to you.

Hello, thanks for your response

I will try it, and I say later if it's good.

Best regards
