Hi,

We are going to develop one reporting based web application in Java, that should generate XML, Excel, PDF and Text formats. Kindly suggest me best tool like Jasper Reports, Eclipse BIRT or others.

Thanks & Regards,

Thanks WP for your response. Here actually
1. The web application which I am talking about here - the only purpose is to generate reports in the form of Excel, PDF, XML and Text
2. And this web application should - it easily integrate with other web applications (i.e. which is developed in Struts / Spring / JSF / REST and etc.)

3. If you suggest JasperReports - how was the support of integration with other web applications (i.e. which is developed in Struts / Spring / JSF / REST and etc.)

Please provide your inputs here.

Thanks & Regards,
Sridhar Goranti
