May be its very simple question , but still I want to know why everything in java is object ?

It isn't. Primitives are not objects

And please choose better subjects than simply "java". Thanks.

Because java is object oriented language and every thing represented in objects, close to real world, this helps us to solve real world problems.
Even for primitive data types we have object representations (Wrapper classes).
 
It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
