Have you tested web workers with the major mobile browsers, such as the stock Android browser, or Mobile Safari? I'd be worried about those browsers running out of memory, or lacking the horsepower to perform background tasks. Thank you.

I've only tested it on"Chrome for Android" and it is working great.
It should also work on mobile safari iOS 5.0+
