you have to provide the exact password in the <connector keystorePass=""> attribute otherwise the certificate will not work.
if you dont know the password then you can create a new .keystore file or we can say certificate so that you will be asked to
provide a password for the .keystore file.

Hi,

I know the pass, but i think is more related with that in tomcat documents said that i need to use ARP and need OpenSSL apparently but y need a .pem file as key, but for generate my cert i use keytool from java, maybe is something like this dont you think? but i dont know if its necessary use openssl instead of keytool

regards

if you are using ssl with APR then you have to use openssl and have a different set of parameters in the SSL connector configuration.

<Connector port="8443" maxHttpHeaderSize="8192"
maxThreads="150" minSpareThreads="25" maxSpareThreads="75"
enableLookups="false" disableUploadTimeout="true"
acceptCount="100" scheme="https" secure="true"
clientAuth="false"
sslProtocol="TLS"
SSLEngine="on"
SSLEnabled="true"
SSLPassword="password"
SSLCertificateFile="cert.crt"
SSLCertificateKeyFile="key.pem"
SSLCACertificateFile="ca.crt"
SSLCertificateChainFile="authorities.crt"/>
