If I remember right, no. You have to get all the correct options for the question to be marked correct. I remember thinking it's like five separate true/false questions that you have to get all right to get one point.
The exam tells you how many answers are correct. If there are 6 answers and it says 4 are correct, choosing only 2 is silly. And choosing a different set of 4 is wrong. It isn't as hard as the practice exams as you don't need to guess how many answers are correct though.
