issue in calling the Action class

Hi all
I am having a .jsp page and in that page i am using <ahref>
like

 
<a href="/FileUpload/uploadHistory.jsp" Target="uploadframe" ><h4 style="color:green;font-family:Arial" >Upload History</h4></a>
   

so instead of going to uploadHistory.jsp i want to send this request to actionservlet

just have the URL for your link be "someAction.do" and have that action forward to the JSP. That way it will go through the ActionServlet. It's easier if you use the Struts tags. Example:

<html:link action="/someAction" >click here</html:link>

Struts is not able to find the mapping for /someAction in the struts config file. Most likely it is missing there.
It would help if you followed a tutorial on how to develop struts applications
