Java Concurrency is an excellent book, the best one I know of for understanding threading-related issues in Java. However I would note that it is only about concurrency issues, and doesn't address any other advanced or Java 7 topics. I might suggest something like The Well-Grounded Java Developer, coauthored by bartender Martijn Verburg. I've only read a few parts so far, but it seems pretty good (and I know Martijn knows his stuff), and the table of contents seems like a good fit for what you asked for. Might be worth checking out.
