What are the permissions? Can you be more specific?

Can you be more specific? What are you trying to do? What have you tried? What are the error messages, problems, etc... that you ran in to?

I am working in webMethods tool(which is based on Java)

Here is the scenario:

we have a java service in webMethods which is creating a output in a zip fomat(Example:'test.zip' file). The service reads an input file and convert it to zip format and saving the output file in a file system. The service works well and it sucesfully creates the output file, but the output files permission is set to the owner and group(wmuser) and no other users have access to delete the file. I need to know how to setup the files attributes to allow other users to access, move and delete the files.
