I get from a soap response that contains 1 gb of data, to process the data in chunks, i would like to make a kind off streaming client, that streams the data in a database, and later process the data in the database.

Any good ideas, , what is the best way, best practice , to stream soap response with java ?

My first reaction is: that amount of data is not a good fit for any kind of WS. Have you considered an asynchronous solution such as uploading it via FTP/SFTP?
