Hi Kitti,

first Validate your xml files. If it dosent solve your problem then check for the proper jar files and at the same time post the content of the xml file.

thanks for your reply jatan...the application errors are removed...now wat i want to know is if a program is incompatible with operating system, will it be installed on it???or will it cause problems in running even if it is installed properly???
Actually i am using windows 7 and i have to use oracle 10g as database and as far as i know oracle 10g is not compatible with windows 7....but despite this it is perfeclty installed....but when i tried to connect it with my application there are some exceptions.....kindly tell me wat to do???

Hi Kitti,

IF your oracle is not installed properly you can try Oracle 10g Release 2 with window7 . It is compatible with vista and windows7. first check whether its properly installed or not.
If its properly installed then post the Exception with require code , will definitely help you.

Jatan

Hi,

are you installed java 1.7 before installing tomcat 7?
when you are getting error, is it at the time of startup of tomcat or deploying an your application?
which version of struts you are using?
can you post a example you are trying to deploy?
