Hello,

I passed programmer exam in 2004 and haven't really done much to change my way of coding. Would I find that this book would be appropriate to learn what's new in Java?

Chris,

To upgrade your SCJP 1.4 certification to Java version 7, you may not write this exam (OCA Java SE 7 Programmer 1 Certification - exam number 1Z0-803). Candidates who have previously earned their Java Programmer certification (SCJP/ OCPJP) any version, can write one 'upgrade' exam to earn the OCP Java SE 7 Programmer II Certification. FYI, you can find the relevant details using the following link:

With respect,
Mala
