I'am new to this forum and java,I want to know how to add /bin to my path

Which operating system are you using? Here are instructions on how to set PATH for different operating systems.

Press Windows Home + Pause Key -> This will open your MyComputer Property Window.
Go to Advanced Settings (It will be somewhere at the Top-Left dock)
Click on the Environment Variables button at the bottom..

There you will see two blocks -> System Variables and User Variables.
In UserVariables block, create a New variable named PATH, and in the value give the Path to your /bin

This works on Windows 7 operating system.
