I have attended interviews only turning out to be a disaster to me.I am currently looking for a job in java field and have no experience I finished my graduation 2yrs back very worried about my future career.please suggest me how do I get experience and improve my java skills.

Start programming
There's really no two ways about it. You should get a good book on Java that will get you up to speed, but you'll have to start writing code to gain proficiency and experience.
