org.hibernate.HibernateException: problem parsing configuration/hibernate.cfg.xml  RSS feed

i got this code online..bt its giving me this exception.please help

log4j:WARN No appenders could be found for logger (org.hibernate.cfg.Environment).
log4j:WARN Please initialize the log4j system properly.
