how to create .appcfg_no_nag file in home directory for not checking the update

how to create .appcfg_no_nag file in the home directory..?

I came across with a problem with GAE plugin in eclipse

I googled it and found that have to create .appcfg_no_nag file in home directory.. but I dont know how to do that (new to this area )
Any one have idea about it?

got it working.. : cmd->goto your home directory >mkdir .appcfg_no_nag this will stop checking for the update and yourweb app willrun locally atleast..
 
Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
