What questions are asked in an interview?

I was laid off awhile back and am coming up on some interviews next week.

What are the common questions that are asked to see if a developer knows Spring? (And what are the answers?)

I have been preparing very diligently but I want to make sure that I am as prepared as possible so any help that you wish to provide is appreciated.

What is IoC? What does allows to do?
Why would you use a prototype bean?
Differences between autowired and resource.
Factory method.

What is the difference between application context and factorybean ? how do we access a spring bean in non-spring environment ? What are the AOP features available in spring ? describe some AOP terms such as advice, joinpoints, point cuts ? Transactions in spring? spring jdbc/orm templates ?
