Good day,

I have 10 years experiences in Java...have some basic understanding and in senior position, somehow due to opportunity and enter into MNC company and pretty involved in proprietary framework like Intershop, Salesforce recently...

Salesforce is good framework which is open and extensible, i having a good feeling on it ...due to company re-organization and I'm working on Intershop, which i do not see myself establish in this framework mainly it is not open enough for me...

Now, there is a chance for me which i can opt to work on TIBCO technology and honestly i do not have knowledge on this and what worrying me whether this product will have a bright future...

my questions, should i go for TIBCO ? or i suppose to change my job and focus on Salesforce instead? I don't mind to learn new technology provided that TIBCO can top up my portfolio.

Note: I might need to have cut pay if i change job from current company, and i'm worrying losing my programming skill if i pick TIBCO as well

Thanks for enlighten me!

Tibco is a *huge* company, with a really large set of software products -- and some arguably overlaps in functionality. It would probably be a good idea to name the product / technology -- you may get more responses.

Thanks Henry, it is more toward SOA and ActiveMatrix

There will be plenty of time to discuss your objections when and if you return. The cargo is this tiny ad:
