Rob,

Accessibility issues are important to me. I often encounter very un-accessible web pages, like those that if I make the page font larger, like with the Firefox feature for this, the page text gets all messed up. Is there any support for accessibility in HTML5 or CSS3? Thanks.

HTML5 has improved semantics and clearly defined relationships with WAI-ARIA. If you're aware of best practices then it's entirely possible to produce accessible web pages and applications with HTML5 and CSS3. But there is no technology which can make things magically accessible, there is no substitute for good design, knowledgeable developers and careful user testing.
