I must convert DTD into XSD in java spring. Should I write own class or exists an professional solution for this problem.

I am not sure on the answer to the question, but it seems to be related to Spring. I shall add the Spring tag too for this question.

I think we need more details, I fail to see the relevance to Spring either. You have a DTD that you want to convert to an XSD, are you just looking for a uitility? If so check out this thread
