framework for user customisable reports

Hi,

I need a good framework with which i should be able to generate (user)customisable reports. i will be very much thankfull if any one suggest me a framework or tool which can help me. im using weblogic7sp2 and jdk1.3 and oracle 9i.

If you're looking for an open-source option, try JasperReport.
