Redirecting to a portlet on clicking a button

I want to redirect from one portlet to another. I know we can redirect in handlePostbackData method in portlet's backing file (on click of submit button for e.g)
But is there a way to redirect in forms action tag or onClick of a button? I tried this below technique but its not successful.
<form method="post" name="test" action="<render:windowUrl windowLabel='bPortlet' />">
Preferrably I want to create a URL as follows,
WindowURL url = WindowURL.createWindowURL(request, response, "/bPortlet");
And based on this url, I want to redirect in
's button control. Please let me know how this can be done.
