So far when using java servlets I have been running them on glassfish on my own machine.
I was wondering how I would go about setting this up on a live site?
I had a quick look through the documentation from my current web host and they say "server side java is not supported" so could anyone give me some advice, or let me know if I have missed something obvious.
Cheers

You'll need to find a hosting service that supports running a servlet container. See the ServletsFaq for a list.

Or run your own (not recommended.)
