Hi Author,
I haven't tried to develop a
JEE
application. But I heard Spring Framework is quite hot. And most developers choose Spring rather than the J2EE framework by Sun, now Oracle. Does the situation change a little nowadays?
To be or not to be. It's a question.

Spring is popular, but I would not call it a
standard
, defacto or otherwise.
Where did you get your statistics regarding the prevalence of its use? Or is it just something you heard?
