Hi,
I want to create a web application which can restrict mobile apps.
Is there any solution to achieve this?

When you say "mobile apps" are you talking about browsers like Firefox running on mobile systems like Android phones? Or are you talking about the possibility that somebody might write a mobile app for (say) Android phones which attempted to access your web application via HTTP requests?
