Error log in starting spring application while switching from tomcat 6 to tomcat 7

While switching the same spring application from tomcat 6-0-35 to tomcat 7-0-32 I am receiving the following warning/error messages in the console:

Failed to process TLD with path [/spring] and URI [/WEB-INF/tld/spring-form.tld]

So is there a jar in your lib folders of Tomcat6 that should have been in the web war file instead, but you guys decided to put it in the server lib directory instead, and now you need those jars in Tomcat 7?

Mark, can you please explain what does it mean - not to cross the post? If I cannot get a response in one forum, can I put a same question into another forum?
