passing a collection to jasper report xml file

I am creating a jasper report, the data is a collection, and tha java part of code I wrote as follows

now my problem is how to use this collection as a datasource inside the jrxml file
so the nams of the fields (as fullName, birthDate) inside RepEmployee bean can be read in the jrxml file
