Hi All,

A recruiter from a good company dropped me an email to send my resume. I have done that and I did not got any response from her and its been two working days till now. I am planning to drop a mail to her on the same. However, I wanted to know if this is a good idea. Requesting you to please share your thoughts on the same.

Thanks,
Pavan.

Two days is far too soon. Especially if those two days are Saturday and Sunday.

It is their responsibility to contact you, not yours to contact them. Round here, there is no chance of a reply within the first two weeks, but these things vary from country to country and job to job.
