How to open a slide share with .key extension?

I downloaded a slide share but could not open it.
What software or tool do I need to open to view it? 1M Thanks.

Keynote on Mac OS X or iOS.

If you don't use a Mac or iDevice, you'll need to ask the originator to export the presentation as a PDF, video, or ppt presentation, all of which Keynote can easily do.

Uncle Google might help too: Keynote viewer for Windows (if you can't have the author to re-export it for you).
