Amritendu De,
I read the list of books you recommended at recommended reading and saw the TOC of your book. It seemed to me the certification deals with solving generic issues. My question to you is, is there anything Oracle specific about the Architect Certification (SCEA/OCMJEA)? Do I have to know the components of Oracle SOA Suite for example?
Thanks!

Well Java SE and EE comes from Oracle now. The certification is to test your design skills using Java EE 5 or higher version.

No, you don't need to know about any Oracle products. You should know that Oracle also owns a database and app server in addition to Java. Even that much isn't mandatory to know per se.
