Hi,

I somewhat understood what is this, but didnt get the clarity... Its like taking the west class and converting it into some html format.??? but html parameters just have two single quotes.. I am not sure what it is trying to do?

Its just clearing out the html of the DIV

The single quotes are just the empty string.
