Spring AOP not working

Hi

I am making my first program for using Spring AOP and making that for logging, i have written the below code in my applicationContext.xml:

When i am running my application and execute something then functionality is not working means it is not showing me logs on console..

Can you please where i am wrong or what else i have to do for running it.
