Not able to get head first for Spring 3.0 or any Spring version... is it still in process or not in a mood

There were no plans as of 4 months ago so I think it is reasonable to say it isn't in progress.

There are no Spring books that take the Heads First Approach. The typical suggestion for a first book is Spring in Action 3rd edition. You can find lots of result by searching this forum for 'Spring Book'
 
Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
