i wanna ask, how to convert a GUI application form (created in net beans)
into an executable format..??

Assuming that by "executable" you mean native code, that's generally not a good idea, and also hard to accomplish in practice. What do you hope to gain by doing that that you couldn't accomplish by creating a double-clickable jar file?
