Why cant I add two different event listeners in one applet?

Suppose I added two methods:



It gives me:

The abstract method "void actionPerformed (java.awt.event.ActionEvent $1);", inherited from type "java.awt.event.ActionListener". is not implemented in the non- abstract class "Applet"




I honestly just don't get it....

I apologize. I just came back to this site- I resolved the question where Rob replied.

Also there are multiple classes for the code so I feel leaving it as it is now is better. But I also resolved this issue.
