"embedded binding declaration must not have a node attribute" is not true anymore?

In the embedded binding declaration, there is a rule that "When a jaxws:bindings element is used as a WSDL extension, it must not have a node attribute."

From GlassFish Metro JAXWS tutorial, there is an AddNumbers.wsdl. Embedding in the WSDL, I add the following.

It still compiles even though there is a node attribute "wsdl:definition".

Does it mean embedded binding declaration can have a node attribute nowadays with JDK 1.6 + ?
Hoo hoo hoo! Looks like we got a live one! Here, wave this tiny ad at it:
