How to find out the image coordinates in JSP. I need to write the Java class the does the following:
1. Display the image in the view
2. Identify the coordinates and match them to those defined in the XML file.
3. Parse the XML so as to identify the coordinates of the parts in the image
4. Clicking on a part in the image should display the respective number in an alert box.

Please help me.

What "coordinates"? That's all very vague.

If it is button click coordinates within the image that you are asking about, then you'll need a JavaScript event handler to detect the click, and likely Ajax to send the info back to the server.
