Java does not have JSON support built in; you'll need a 3rd-party library for that. Some popular ones: Gson, Jackson, Stringtree...

what about serialization methods of java to write objects in permanent file storage?

Object serialization is very different from transfer formats such as JSON. Which are you talking about? The JavaScript examples you cited are examples of data formats, not serialization.
