I'm not aware of a book that covers both frameworks as each framework deserve a whole book of its own.
I don't think you need a book for Spring, the official documentation is impressive, Spring forum is healthy too.

Mastering Jakarta Struts - James Goodwill is a good book for getting the very basics of struts. It's a bit old but wonderful.
Else Mannin Publications Struts in Action is also very good.

For spring the official documentation is very good. It's free and will help you get all your needs.

Another good book I am referring now is "building profession applications with Struts"

For my next feat, I will require a volunteer from the audience! Perhaps this tiny ad?
