Wow, synchronicity! I just read a column here here that said:

Wild dandelions, once a springtime treat for Native Americans, have seven times more phytonutrients than spinach, which we consider a “superfood.”



I have been wondering where I could get more information about dandelions, and now here it is waiting for me. Thanks Paul!
