I have another 404 error. This time it's on a controller method. It's not being called when I click on the submit button. Instead, I get the 404 error. Here is the initial line of my form.

Here is my controller method.

If it matters, here is my Bulletin object.

Problem solved by removing the slash from the action value in my form. My research indicates that 404 errors in Spring occur when the requested URL doesn't match any of the mapped patterns.

Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
