More than one Service consumers(Web Service Client) are accessing the same Service Provider(Web Service). Service consumers are calling from different hosts. So every Service Consumers has unique certificate. (Configuring Mutual authentication SSL on both (Service Provider and Service Consumer(s)) sides. )
How to configure Self-Signed certificates with unique name/identifier. Can I give the host name in the CN for validating the certificates? Whether Self Signed certificates (using JKS) are checking their hostname/domain name in the -dn CN="host1" / -dn CN="host2" before SSL handshake ? Only CA certified Certs checks hostname/domain name in the -dn CN="host1" before SSL handshake ?
