Hello all

i did a course on java and J2EE(till struts,no spring,no hibernate).

i completed the course in 4 months.

3 months after course completion, though i had completed my graduation i got an internship in a small company its been 3 months now.
here i work on SWINGS only,i am not satisfied with the projects(small projects they are).
i write very small codes and same codes again and again.(only swings)

here i do not have a chance to work on core java and j2ee concepts which i learned in the course.

Knowing the concepts and programming it,are they two different things?

now how to start programming on core java and j2ee by myself.
so that i get good hands on programming(am a starter) and which will help
me face real interviews with full confident in another 2 months(as my internship ends in next 2 months).
i completed bachelor's degree 2 years ago and i am almost 25 year old..am worried about my future.

Thank you

Either talk to your manager about whether they can have you work on web apps, and/or on larger -more meaningful- projects, or work on web apps in your own time. Learning servlets, JSP and JDBC would be useful skills.

though there are no such projects here,i want to develope skills on them by myself.
i learned that Head first(jsp & servlets) books are very usefull to learn them better.if there are other better source(to work on web apps) kindly let me know.
thank you very much.
